What it is
A pen drive that fills itself over WiFi
EmbroShare is a small device with a USB plug. To the machine it is an ordinary pen drive, so the operator loads designs the way they always have. The difference is how the designs get there.

From your phone, choose your shop WiFi and type the pairing code from the portal. The device is now yours.

Upload in the portal or send the file to the Telegram bot. Seconds later the design is on the machine.

Install the portal as an app on your phone or computer. It opens full screen with its own icon, and there is nothing to download from a store.

Good to know before you start
Which machines does it work with?
Machines that load designs from a USB pen drive. The device presents itself as a standard pen drive, so nothing is installed or changed on the machine. If you are unsure about your model, contact us before ordering.
Which design files can I send?
Stitch files such as DST, PES, JEF, EXP and other common embroidery formats, up to 20 MB each. A file is delivered exactly as you sent it: EmbroShare does not convert or change designs.
Does it need internet?
Sending from the portal or Telegram needs the device to be online through your shop WiFi. If the internet is down, you can still send designs over the shop WiFi itself from the device's own page.
What if the device is offline when I send a design?
The design waits on the service and is delivered when the device is back online. Designs that are not collected within 15 days expire and can be sent again.
Can several people send to one machine?
Yes. The owner invites people into a unit and chooses which machines each person can use. Outside designers see only the designs they sent themselves.
Is my WiFi password safe?
You enter it on the device itself, through its setup WiFi. It is stored on the device and is never sent to our service.
How does the subscription work?
Each device comes with its first year of service. After that the service is renewed per device. A device whose subscription has ended no longer receives designs until it is renewed.
